Videos

Share important videos with app users on relevant topics. Cut and paste video links to YouTube or Vimeo to instantly populate this module, allowing users to watch content in-app. Videos can be categorized within the module for easy browsing.

Note: Videos are not stored on users’ devices.

Creating a Video

1. Select VIDEO LIBRARY from the menu on the left.
   
2. Select the PLUS (+) sign in the top-right corner of the first column to create a new video category.
   
3. In the pop-up window, provide the category title and description in the appropriate boxes, and press SAVE.
   
4. Select the PLUS (+) sign in the second column to add a new item to this category.
   
5. In the CREATE A NEW VIDEO window, select the triangle in the VIDEO TYPE box and choose your video’s hosting platform (YouTube or Vimeo).
   
   
6. Fill in the URL field. The other boxes will automatically generate the required video information. Click PUBLISH when you are done.
   
7. The new video will appear in your Video Library menu. To edit or delete your video, select the EDIT or DELETE buttons in the top-right corner of the third column.
   

 

And you’re done!

Your video has been published and is accessible by app users. It will instantly appear in the VIDEO LIBRARY module of your app like so:

Editing and Deleting Video Categories

To EDIT a video category:

1. Select the EDIT icon in the first column.
   
2. Select the EDIT icon on the far right.
   
3. Repeat STEP 3 in the Creating a Video section to save and publish the edited category.

To DELETE a video category:

1. Select the EDIT icon in the first column.
   
2. Check off the category you’d like to delete.
   
3. Select the ELLIPSIS (…) in the top-right corner, and then select DELETE from the drop-down list.
   

Note: Follow the same steps in the second column to copy, move or delete a specific video within a category.
