Release Update Details

Client Apps – iOS and Android

Workspaces:

• View a list of workspaces during the app onboarding
• Favourite workspaces for quick switching
• Switch workspaces from the side menu
• View a parent section and a workspace section in the side menu based on configuration Æ Receive app-wide or workspace-specific notifications
• Login once to gain access to private workspaces
• Offline storage of content consumed within each workspace

Module access codes:

• Support for module access codes in workspaces
  Access codes created within a workspace will appear in the workspace side menu

Side menu:

• Improved the side menu to display a placeholder when a section or workspace is empty (i.e. all modules that are private or hidden by an access code)

Forms & Reporting:

• You can now attach a photo from your mobile phone photo library or from the camera app when uploading a file

Mobile user registration:

• User registration is now always optional. If a user decides not to connect or does not have an account, the side menu will display a placeholder instructing them that the content is private, and that they need to connect to view it

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy:

• Users can now view Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from the app settings

Technical contact:

• Users can now contact the app’s technical support email

Client Portal

App Launcher:

• New and improved app launcher allows you to view your recently used apps and workspaces and view all apps and workspaces you have access to

Workspaces:

• You can configure which labels should be used in the app in place of “Workspace”. For example, if you have a state app and wish to refer to each workspace as a “County” or “Counties”
• You can customize the color scheme and logo of each Workspace

Mobile user registration:

• You can now set an expiration date on each access point for every user. For example, a user can have unlimited access to a workspace, while having an access expiration date set on a different workspace
• Every workspace admin can manage their own users. Deleting a user from a workspace does not delete them from other ones. A Global delete can only be done at the parent portal level
• Improved user import to support workspaces and access expiration
• Custom sign-up forms can only be defined at the parent level and apply to all workspaces

Side menu:

• In a Workspace parent portal, you can define where the parent side menu section should appear (above or below the workspace section, or hide it)

Forms & Reporting:

• You can now delete form responses

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy:

• You can now configure the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for each app. You can either write your own or link to an existing one
• Dynamic placeholders can be added to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to pull in existing information about the organization and the app (i.e. name of the organization, name of the app, contact information, etc)
• Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are versioned. You can draft, publish, and restore a previous version at any time

• Fixed an issue where the “Review my answers” button would not work or would redirect to a blank page

• Fixed an issue where the settings link would be removed from the side menu after logging into an app

Android Apps

Multi-language:

• Fixed an issue where the app language would not automatically be set to the device language and would default to English

Onboarding:

• Fixed an issue where tapping the Add button on the ZIP code page would add the same ZIP code multiple times

Alerts:

• Fixed an issue where the issued date would not be displayed in the details page of an alert created by the admin

PDF library:

• Fixed an issue where viewing a PDF would not work after downloading a PDF after the first app install

Side menu:

• Fixed an issue where a blank page would be displayed when loading the app if the first side menu items were external links rather than regular module links

Client Admin Portals

Side menu:

• Fixed an issue where sorting side menu items would only work when dragging them upwards, but not downwards

PDF library:

• Fixed an issue where the “Allow sharing” toggle would not work in the preview page of a PDF
