Create a list of contacts (people or organizations) that app users can easily refer to for additional support and information.

Creating a Resource Category

  1. Select RESOURCES from the menu on the left.
  2. Click CREATE in the top-right corner to create a new resource category.
  3. In the popup window, provide the category name and description in the appropriate boxes, and press CREATE.
  4. Your new category will now appear in the main Resources menu.

Adding a Resource to a Category

  1. In the main Resources menu, double-click the resource category to which you want to add a new resource.
  2. Within the specific category’s menu, click CREATE in the top-right corner to add a new resource to this category.
  3. In the Details window, insert your resource’s title, description and all relevant contact information (e.g., phone number, email address, website URL, mailing address, social media links, business hours) in the appropriate boxes. See below for instructions.
    1. Provide the resource name and description. Use the tools on top of the text box to change the font style, add bulleted or numbered lists, insert links, photos or videos, and more.
    2. Drag and drop an image into the COVER IMAGE box. (Only JPG, GIF and PNG files are supported.)

    3. Add all relevant contact information in the appropriate boxes.
      Note: Check the SMS box if the phone number can accept text messages. Click the PLUS (+) sign after each category to add additional numbers and/or email/web addresses.
    4. Add the resource’s address in the LOCATION section. Note: Click the PLUS (+) sign to add an additional address.
    5. Use the FREE TEXT section to include additional notes (e.g., list extensions, company employees and their titles).
    6. Insert links to the resource’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
      Note: Click the PLUS (+) sign to add additional social media links.
    7. If the person or organization has specific business hours, check the appropriate days and select the times from the drop-down lists. Check the OPEN 24H box if they are open 24 hours a day.
    8. Use this section to link different resources/contacts you have previously saved that are relevant to this particular resource. Click LINK when you have filled in all the fields.

      The linked resource will now appear at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click PUBLISH in the top-right corner.
  5. Select PUBLISH in the popup window to confirm your selection.

And you’re done!

Your new resource has been published and is accessible to app users. It will instantly appear in the RESOURCES module of your app like so:

Editing or Deleting a Resource Category

On the main Resources page, select the resource category you want to edit or delete, and click on THREE DOTS on the far-right of the row.

To EDIT a resource category:

  1. Select EDIT from the drop-down list.
  2. Edit the title and/or description information and click UPDATE.

To DELETE a resource category:

  1. Select DELETE from the drop-down list.
  2. Click DELETE in the popup window to confirm your selection.

    Note: Deleting a category will delete all the resources saved within that category.

Editing or Deleting a Resource

Within the Resource category, select the specific resource you want to edit or delete, and click the THREE DOTS in the top-right corner.

To EDIT a resource:

  1. Select EDIT from the drop-down list.
  2. Follow STEPS 3-5 in the Adding a Resource to a Category section above.

To DELETE a resource:

  1. Select DELETE from the drop-down list.
  2. Select DELETE in the popup window to confirm your selection.

Copying or Moving a Resource

Within the Resource category, select the specific resource you want to copy or move, and click the THREE DOTS in the top-right corner.

To COPY a resource:

Note: Copying a resource will duplicate the resource within another category. It will not remove the resource from its original category.

  1. Select COPY TO from the drop-down list.
  2. From the drop-down list, choose the preexisting resource category to which the resource should be copied. Then, click COPY.

To MOVE a resource:

Note: Moving a resource will relocate it to another category. The resource will be removed from its original category.

  1. Select MOVE TO from the drop-down list.
  2. From the drop-down list, choose the preexisting resource category to which the resource should be moved. Then, click MOVE.
