Module access codes allow app administrators to control user access to certain modules in the side menu through a unique code. Access codes can be configured to include as many modules as needed and to be used a certain number of times or by a certain date.
Before creating a Module Access Code, make sure the module for which you are creating the access code has been assigned to ACCESS CODE.
1. Select SETTINGS from the bottom of the side menu.
2. Select APP MODULES & LINKS from the the menu on the lefthand side.
3. Select MODULES & LINKS MANAGER from the App Modules & Links page.
4. Click EDIT in the top-right corner.
5. From the list of modules, select the one you’d like to assigned to Access Code. Click on the dropdown on the Assign To column and select ACCESS CODE from the list.
The module will automatically be assigned to Access Code.
6. Click SAVE in the top-right corner of the page to confirm your changes.

4. Click PUBLISH in the top-right corner.
And you’re done! Your module access code will appear in the portal like so:
Share the alphanumeric access code (see arrow in the image above) with app users who require access to the hidden module(s).
In the main Access Codes menu, check the box next to the access code’s name. Then, click the EXPORT button in the top-right corner to download the access code details as an Excel file.
In the main Access Codes menu, check the box next to the access code’s name. Then, click the THREE DOTS on the far right of the row.
Select PREVIEW from the drop-down list (or simply double-click the access code title).
Note: Revoking an access code will disallow access to the module(s) by all users who have used that code.
Note: Deactivating a code stops consumption of the access code. Access to the module is still maintained.
