Before creating a Module Access Code, make sure the module for which you are creating the access code is set to PRIVATE:
And you’re done!
Your Module Access Code will appear in the portal like so:
Share the alphanumeric access code in the third column with app users who require access to the private module(s).
Select the EXPORT icon in the top-right corner of the first column to download the access code details as an Excel file.
Note: REVOKING an access code will disallow access to the module(s) by all users who have used the that code.
Select REVOKE from the drop-down list and click CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
Note: REINSTATING an access code will generate a new access code. Admins will need to redistribute this new access code to users.
Select REINSTATE from the drop-down list and click CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
Select DELETE from the drop-down list and click CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
Note: ACTIVATING an access code will unlock it, making it accessible by app users.
Select ACTIVATE from the drop-down list and click CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
Note: DEACTIVATING an access code will lock it for future consumption.
Select DEACTIVATE in the drop-down list and click CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
Tip: Access codes can also be REVOKED or DEACTIVATED in the third column. Simply click on the appropriate button and confirm your selection in the pop-up window.
Note: DUPLICATING an access code will create a brand new access code with the same title, description, download limit and expiration date as the original.
