FAQ Module

The FAQ module allows app users to browse or search a selection of questions and answers on a topic of interest. App users can view answers as videos, images and text.

Creating an FAQ

1. Select FAQ from the menu on the left.
   
2. Click on the PLUS (+) sign on the top right of the column to create a new question category.
   
3. In the CREATE CATEGORY window, complete the information in the TITLE and DESCRIPTION boxes, then press SAVE.
   
4. Click on the PLUS (+) sign in the second column to create a new question.
   
5. On the CREATE A NEW QUESTION page, insert your question and answer in the appropriate boxes. Use the toolbar on top of the text box to change the font style, add bulleted or numbered lists, insert links, photos or videos, and more.
6.  Click PUBLISH in the top-right corner to make the question/answer live within the app.
   

And you’re done!

Your question/answer has been published and is accessible by app users. It will instantly appear in the FAQ module of your app like so:

Editing and Deleting Categories

To EDIT a category:

1. Select the EDIT icon in the top right of the first column.
   
2. Check the box next to the category name.
   
3. Select the EDIT icon on the right of the category name.
   
4. Follow STEP 3 above.

To DELETE a category:

1. Select the EDIT icon in the top right of the first column.
   
2. Check the box next to the category name.
   
3. Select the ELLIPSIS (…) in the top-right corner, then choose DELETE from the drop-down list.
   
4. Click CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
   

Copying, Moving or Deleting a Question

To COPY, MOVE or DELETE a question:

1. Select the EDIT icon in the top right of the second column.
   
2. Check the box next to the question.
   
3. Click on the ELLIPSIS (…) on the right of the question.
   
4. Select the action you want to complete (COPY, MOVE or DELETE) from the drop-down list.
   

To EDIT or DELETE a question and/or answer:

1. Click the EDIT or DELETE buttons in the top right of the last column.
   
2. Follow STEPS 5-6 in the first section to publish edited content in the CREATE A NEW QUESTION page.
