Use the Checklists module to create and organize useful checklists into categories. Build custom checklists for app users to track their progress while performing different tasks, procedures, preparedness steps, etc. Checked content is saved and can be viewed by users after the app is closed and relaunched.

Creating a Checklist Category

  1. Select CHECKLISTS from the menu on the left.
  2. Click CREATE in the top-right corner to create a new checklist category.
  3. Insert the new category’s name and description in the appropriate boxes. Then, click CREATE. Your new category will now appear in the main Checklists menu.

Creating a Checklist within a Category

  1. Double-click the category to which you want to add a checklist.
  2. Click CREATE in the top-right corner to add a new checklist within this category.
  3. On the Details page, in the INFORMATION tab, insert the checklist title and description in the appropriate boxes. Then, click START BUILDING below the text box to create your checklist. Use the tools on top of the text box to change the font style, add bulleted or numbered lists, insert links, photos or videos, and more.
  4. In the CREATE tab, add the section title and description in the appropriate boxes.
  5. Under the DESCRIPTION box, in the LIST section, start building your checklist. Click on the blank “List Item” section to add a new checklist item. (You can only add one checklist item at a time.) Press RETURN on your keyboard to add a new text box underneath the last checklist item.

    Note: To create a sub-bullet under a checklist item, press TAB on your keyboard. To delete the sub-bullet, press SHIFT + TAB.
  6. To add another section to your checklist, click on the ADD A SECTION box at the bottom of the page. Follow STEP 5 above for every new section.

    Note: To move a section, click the ARROWS at the bottom right of that section and, from the drop-down list, select where you would like it to go.


    Tip: Use the PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) signs in the top-right corner of each section to add a new section (+) or delete the current section (-).

  7. Click PUBLISH in the top-right corner.

And you’re done!
Your new checklist has been published and is accessible to app users. It will instantly appear in the CHECKLISTS module of your app like so:

Editing or Deleting a Checklist Category

In the main Checklists menu, select the category you want to edit or delete and click the THREE DOTS on the far-right of the row.

To EDIT a checklist category:

  1. Select EDIT from the drop-down list.
  2. Edit the necessary category information and click UPDATE.

To DELETE a checklist category:

  1. Select DELETE from the drop-down list.
  2. Click DELETE in the pop-up window to confirm your selection.
    Note: Deleting a category will delete all the checklists created within that category.

Editing or Deleting a Checklist

Within the Checklist category, select the specific checklist you want to edit or delete and click the THREE DOTS on the far-right of the row.

To EDIT a checklist:

  1. Select EDIT from the drop-down list.
  2. Follow STEPS 3-7 in the Creating a Checklist within a Category section above.

To DELETE a checklist:

  1. Select DELETE from the drop-down list.
  2. Click DELETE in the pop-up window to confirm your selection.

Copying or Moving a Checklist

Within the Checklist category, select the specific checklist you want to copy or move, and click the THREE DOTS on the far-right of the row.

To COPY a checklist:

Note: Copying a checklist will duplicate the checklist within another category. It will not remove the checklist from its original category.

  1. Select COPY TO from the drop-down list.
  2. Choose the preexisting checklist category to which the question should be copied. Then, click COPY.

To MOVE a checklist:

Note: Moving a checklist will relocate it to another checklist category. The checklist will be removed from its original category.

  1. Select MOVE TO from the drop-down list.
  2. Choose the preexisting checklist category to which the question should be moved. Then, click MOVE.
