Use the the Checklist module to create and organize useful checklists into categories. Build custom checklists for users to track their progress while performing different tasks, procedures, preparedness steps, etc. Checked content is saved and can be viewed by users after the app is closed and relaunched.

  • Job safety tasks and procedures
  • List steps, tasks or items

 

  1. Select CHECKLIST from the menu on the left.
  2. Click on the PLUS ( + ) sign on the top right of the column to create a new checklist category.
  3. In the CREATE CATEGORY window, complete the information in the TITLE and DESCRIPTION boxes, then press SAVE.
  4. Click on the PLUS ( + ) sign in the second column to create a checklist within the new category.
  5. In the CREATE CHECKLIST window, insert the checklist’s title, description, and a title/description for the first section in the appropriate boxes. Then, add the first item of the checklist in the last text box.
  6. Click the PLUS (+) sign on the right of the first checklist item to add a second item.
  7. Add a second checklist item in the new box that appears below.
  8. Click on the SUBLEVEL icon next to the PLUS (+) sign to add a second-level checklist item, if necessary.
  9. Add your second-level checklist item in the appropriate box.
  10. To delete an item, select the TRASH icon to the far right of the specific item you’d like to remove.

    Note: Include as many sections to your checklist as needed by selecting ADD A SECTION. Repeat STEPS 5-9 to add a new checklist item.
  11. Click PUBLISH in the top-right corner of the page to make the checklist live within the app.

And you’re done!

Your new checklist has been published and is accessible by app users. It will instantly appear in the CHECKLIST module of your app like so:

 

Editing and Deleting Categories

Select the EDIT icon in the top-right corner of the first column.

 

To EDIT a category:

  1. Select the EDIT icon on the right of the category name.
  2. Edit the category information in the pop-up window, and press SAVE.

 

To DELETE a category:

  1. Check the box next to the category name, and then select the ELLIPSIS (…) in the top-right corner of the first column.
  2. Select DELETE from the drop-down list.
  3. Press CONFIRM in the pop-up window.

Copying, Moving or Deleting Checklists

  1. Select the EDIT icon in the top-right corner of the second column.
  2. Check the box next to the checklist’s name and then select the ELLIPSIS (…) in the top-right corner of the column.
  3. Select the action you want to perform from the drop-down list: COPY, MOVE OR DELETE.

 

To COPY or MOVE a checklist:

Select the preexisting category into which you want the checklist to be copied or moved from the drop-down list. Then, press SAVE.

Note: If you COPY a checklist, a second version of the checklist will be added to a different category. The checklist will not be deleted from the original category. If you MOVE a checklist, it will be relocated from the original category into the new one.

To DELETE a checklist:

Save your choice by selecting CONFIRM in the pop-up window.

Editing and Deleting Checklist Content

To EDIT content:

Select EDIT in the top-right corner of the third column, and follow STEPS 5-11 outlined above for creating a new checklist.

To DELETE content:

  1. Select DELETE in the top-right corner of the third column.
  2. Press CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
