Register for a Google Play Developer Account

1. Sign up using your Google account at https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup

   • You must have a Google account to register for a Google Play Developer account. Use a Google account that is specific to your organization that many people can access, not a personal account. This email becomes the Account Owner and will need to be accessible should there be any organizational changes.

2. Complete Public developer name.
3. Complete Secondary contact email address.
4. Complete Contact phone number (format: +1XXXXXXXXXX).
5. Review and accept the Developer agreement and Terms of Service.
6. Click on Create account and pay.
   
7. Complete your purchase by adding a credit or debit card and billing address.
   
8. Click Buy to complete your purchase.
