eGuide Library

The Library module houses your personal collection of eGuides. Administrators can build the Library by choosing from QuickSeries titles or creating their own custom content, and they can control which eGuides are visible to app users at any time.

eGuides are:

• Updated on all devices when published.
• Downloaded, allowing offline viewing.

Viewing Your eGuide Collection in the Portal

1. Select LIBRARY from the menu on the left.
   
2. Your available eGuides will appear in the center column.
   
   This list of eGuides will appear in the Library module of the user’s app (as seen below), where they can be downloaded for offline reading.
   

Creating a Bundle Code

Note: Bundle codes allow you to deliver selected eGuides to specific app users.

Select the eGuide you want to include in the bundle and:

1. Set the PRIVATE button to ON.
   
2. Press CONFIRM in the pop-up window.
   
3. Select CREATE A BUNDLE in the top-right corner of the column.
   
4. Fill in the necessary information for the bundle’s NAME, DESCRIPTION, MAX DOWNLOADS and EXPIRATION DATE. (Don’t enter anything in the BUNDLE CODE box – that will be automatically generated after you press SAVE.)
   
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Drag and drop the eGuide you want to include in the bundle code from the AVAILABLE PRIVATE eGUIDES column on the left to the SELECTED eGUIDES column on the right.
   
   
6. Press SAVE in the top-right corner.
   

And you’re done!

Your bundle code has been created. View it in the main menu of the LIBRARY module. Provide the code on the far right to the users who should download the eGuide(s) in their app. You can delete, deactivate or revoke this code at any time by selecting the appropriate buttons under the code.

• Delete: The bundle code is removed from the portal and app.
• Deactivate: The bundle code will leave the eGuides on the users’ device but deactivate the bundle code for future consumption.
• Revoke: The bundle code will no longer be valid, and the eGuides will be removed from the users’ devices.
