FAQ

The FAQ module allows app users to browse or search a selection of questions and answers on a topic of interest. Users can view answers as videos, images and text.

Creating an FAQ Category

1. Select FAQ from the menu on the left.
   
2. Select CREATE in the top-right corner.
   
3. In the New Category window, add the category name and description. Then, click CREATE.
   

Adding Questions within an FAQ Category

1. Double-click the category to which you want to add an FAQ.
   
2. Click CREATE in the top-right corner.
   
3. On the Details page, insert your question and answer in the appropriate boxes. Use the tools on top of the text box to change the font style, add bulleted or numbered lists, insert links, photos or videos, and more.
   
   
4. Click PUBLISH in the top-right corner.
   
5. Follow STEPS 2-4 above for each new question within the same category.

 

And you’re done!

Your FAQ has been published and is accessible to app users. It will instantly appear in the FAQ module of your app like so:

Editing or Deleting an FAQ Category

In the main Categories menu, select the FAQ category you want to edit or delete, and click on the THREE DOTS on the far right of the row.

To EDIT an FAQ category:

1. Select EDIT from the drop-down list.
   
2. Edit the necessary category information and click UPDATE.
   

To DELETE an FAQ category:

1. Select DELETE from the drop-down list.
   
2. Click DELETE in the pop-up window to confirm your selection.
   Note: Deleting a category will delete all the questions created within that category.
   

Editing or Deleting a Question

Within the FAQ category, select the specific question you want to edit or delete, and click on the THREE DOTS on the far right of the row.

To EDIT a question:

1. Select EDIT from the drop-down list.
   
2. Follow STEPS 2-4 in the Adding Questions within an FAQ Category section above.

To DELETE a question:

1. Select DELETE from the drop-down list.
   
2. Click DELETE in the pop-up window to confirm your selection.
   

Copying or Moving a Question

Within the FAQ category, select the specific question you want to copy or move, and click on the THREE DOTS on the far right of the row.

To COPY a question:

Note: Copying a question will duplicate the question within another category. It will not remove the question from its original FAQ category.

1. Select COPY TO from the drop-down list.
   
2. From the drop-down list, choose the preexisting FAQ category to which the question should be copied. Then, click COPY.
   

To MOVE a question:

Note: Moving a question will relocate it to another FAQ category. The question will be removed from its original category.

1. Select MOVE TO from the drop-down list.
   
2. From the drop-down list, choose the preexisting FAQ category to which the question should be moved. Then, click MOVE.
