This release includes several back-end improvements to the admin portal including FEMA/NWS alerts, the Authoring Tool and RSS feeds.

Client Portal – Resolved Bugs
Access control
Fixed an issue that allowed mobile users to access locked modules without proper access privileges.
Authoring Tool:
Refactored the eGuide table of contents to make it compatible with Android.
RSS:
Fixed an issue where an RSS feed contained articles, but none were displayed in the app.
FEMA / NWS alerts:
Fixed an issue where alerts coming from FEMA/NWS feed would take too long to process and would appear minutes or hours later in the app.
